Although the epidemic has stopped us from embracing the world, it has also given us extremely precious time to slow down and cultivate our internal power. Xingya Airlines actively seizes this time window to carry out internal adjustments and management upgrades, continuously improving quality and efficiency through enterprise reform, and helping the enterprise enter a new stage of development. 

Focus on internal skill cultivation and standardize internal management order

In 2022, Xingya Airlines established a process related weekly and result oriented monthly assessment mechanism through internal performance reform. Combining the work method of "one big four small" (one big for a month, four small for a week), strengthen employees' sense of responsibility and goal, stimulate employees' creativity, planning and execution abilities. At the same time, optimize internal project management of the enterprise, strictly use project management office tools, implement project operations in daily work, and improve work efficiency. 

Continuously optimize products and polish popular boutiques

Xingya Airlines has made significant breakthroughs in its products and business. It not only launched seasonal flagship products on its mini program, such as a 7-day 6-night trip to Sanya and a 5-day 4-night ice and snow adventure in Changbai Mountain, but also officially launched a high-performance and popular limited time business jet product called "Any Private Flight". A single private flight to any city allows more people to experience the health and speed of business jet travel.

 

Complete the B+round of financing and improve the online marketing system

Xingya Aviation Group completed the B+round of financing on January 29th, and Hualin Innovation, an investment platform under Hualin Securities, is the investor of this round of financing. This round of financing will be used to continue to build an online+offline marketing network system, improve the Xingya APP (IOS+Android+Hongmeng) and small program (WeChat) platforms, lay out cooperation channel structures such as cross industry alliance and dandelion, upgrade industrial and financial products such as aviation trust and commercial aviation, new media drainage and transformation operation (Xiaohongshu+video number+Tiktok, etc.), and improve the quality of members' comprehensive membership rights and interests. 

Innovative marketing model to create dual wheel drive

The marketing strategy of Xingya Airlines is to combine innovative products with cooperation channels, and achieve diversion and transformation through a "online first, offline second" approach. Continuously optimizing and upgrading WeChat mini programs, Xingya Airlines has established its own cross-border channel system and membership system in terms of operations, implemented the "online and offline dual wheel drive" marketing strategy, and created an innovative marketing model with channel structural laying and comprehensive membership rights system. In the later stage, a CRM system will be developed to better serve our customers. 

Expand the talent circle and launch the Liaoyuan Plan

In terms of internal and external cooperation, Xingya's partner team is growing day by day, with not only the internal "Spark Talent Plan" of the company, but also the successful recruitment of two co founders to officially establish Jingminggan Aviation Business Services (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and Xingya Aviation Travel Agency Co., Ltd., striving to promote high-quality hotels and travel products at home and abroad to customers, providing them with a cost-effective air travel experience. At the same time, we will start the work of the Liaoyuan Plan, seek local high-level partners, gather various industry platforms, promote mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, and mutual drainage. 

Stepping towards a new level of safe operation and achieving an international level of safety management

In July 2022, Xingya Airlines successfully obtained the third phase certification of the International Operating Standards for Business Aircraft (IS-BAO) issued by the International Business Aircraft Association (IBAC), becoming one of the few business aircraft companies in China to obtain IS-BAO certification. This certification is recognized as the best practice guideline for operational safety and professionalism in the global business aircraft industry. The certification obtained by Xingya Airlines also signifies that the safety management level of Xingya Airlines has reached the highest international standard. 

After three years of strengthening its "soft power" through the epidemic, Xingya Aviation Group has adhered to the concept of "going to war on horseback, going to farming on horseback" to improve per capita and overall efficiency. As the first year of the post epidemic era, 2023 has been a year of constant prosperity and vigilance. Every pause is to accumulate strength; Every time I take a break, it's all for a better start.
